No. A politically motivated trial that used nothing charges that, even if true, should have been misdemeanor.
The jury pool consisted of 90% voters against Trump is not exactly a jury of his peers.
The purpose of the trial was political not criminal and it gave Trump's opponents a talking point.
I would think someone with a law degree would recognize the political nature of the trial and not parrot the talking points.
