First, as shown in the OP, the numbers are suspect.
However, if we do assume a disproportionate number of women and children casualties, then consider:
What does that say about a society where the men hide instead of protecting their women and children?
What does that say about a society where military operations are conducted from schools, hospitals, tunnels under civilian structures etc.?
What does that say about a society that uses humanitarian supplies to fund military operations instead of feeding their families?
You claim Palestinians are victims of Hamas despite them electing Hamas leadership and where many polls show they support Hamas's barbaric actions.
If they are indeed victims, then they should support Israel's efforts to destroy Hamas.
The sooner Israel eliminates Hamas the sooner Palestinians can look for a better life and not worry that their families will be sacrificed in future conflicts sparked by terrorist attacks.
