Has anyone seen this? It doesn't look good. He didn't know if he was still VP. He kept asking odd questions and getting confused. On top of that, there were documents that he took back from the Senate and VP days in places that were not secured, to the point of a garage and an office the Chinese Communist Party had access to. As the President, there is credible argument that he could have declassified the documents without a formal process or permission from anyone. As a Senator or VP? No.
