The interest rates have been a deterrent. Fortunately, I have a considerable amount of equity in the condo. I will have to eat the 4% difference and refi fees when the time comes. It is worth when it is all weighed out. Kentucky is high on the consideration list. It will be a huge change. We are going out this weekend to start exploring.
